With workspaces in Warp Studio it becomes easy to separate scenarios, trainees and data. Create and manage different workspaces for different departments, locations, or factories. Add the right users to the right workspace, so they can only interact with those scenarios that they have made, not with scenarios made by other departments. You can also add users to multiple workspaces, as we made switching workspaces simple to use.
Since each workspace comes with its own branding settings, you can use the names and styling of departments or factories for these specific workspaces. Set up different LMS or LXP integrations in these workspaces (or use the same). Or integrate specific workspaces with enterprise features such as SSO or SCIM.
